BIO
Aidan loves supporting creative entrepreneurs building companies from idea to scale. He has served as general counsel at two VC-backed companies and founded a solar startup in East Africa, so he knows firsthand the challenges that founding teams face. He’s built and overseen legal, human capital, risk management and public policy functions in-house, and advised on more than $250 million in early stage equity and debt financings. He strives to be more than just a lawyer, but a key strategic partner and problem solver. He began his corporate law career in New York in the capital markets practice of an Am Law 50 firm, and previously served in the Office of the Prosecutor at the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda in Arusha, Tanzania.
EDUCATION
Aidan received his BS from Northwestern University, where he double-majored in journalism and international studies, and his JD, cum laude, from the University of Notre Dame Law School, where he served as editor-in-chief of the Journal of Law, Ethics and Public Policy, was awarded the Jessup International Moot Court Award for Excellence in Advocacy, and co-founded the Notre Dame Law School Pro Bono Small Business Project.

Aidan is a proud husband and father to two young children, and loves mountain and gravel biking, backpacking and skiing. He’s lived in 5 countries on 4 continents and visited more than 70 others.
